So, here's the alternative! If you're low on cash, you can always borrow a car from one of San Paro's suicidal residents! Just like the car spawners, walk next to the vehicle you've set your eyes on and hit Action. Should your car get destroyed or should you need it in another place, you can always call it back by reaching another car spawner, but be warned - only the first vehicle spawn when you get in the district is free, further spawns requires a small amount of cash.įinally, you can get out of a boarded car by using the Action button (bet you'd never thought of that, huh?) Aim for any door and hit Action again - your character will automatically aim for the driver's seat and board the vehicle. Your car will pop out, ready for your morning drive.
Once you get there, aim towards the parkimeter and hit your Action button (default: F). Every spawn area is next to a vehicle spawner - look on your minimap for a car-shaped icon to get an idea of its position.
The first thing you want to do when you start the game, even before shooting people, is to spawn your car and get a good feeling of the game's vehicle physics.
